Debinding Furnaces
Binder removal is a critical step for producers of many cast or molded products. AVS debinding furnaces employ several binder removal methods to address a wide range of binder materials. Flowing gases in positive pressure or in partial pressure atmospheres are used to sweep binder vapors from the product. AVS differential pressure controls effectively isolate and remove binders from the product without contaminating the hot zone. Burn-off or incinerator systems eliminate binder vapors, or cold traps or two stage condenser systems are available to capture heavier wax or binder loads and to protect vacuum pumps.
